From day one I found it very strange that Apple did not include a better battery readout! Looking around the internet for a solution did not give me any nice solution. So the only thing to do in a situation like that, is make it your self! That's when i left my idea of a well developed app should run on any platform and started my first Cocoa project.

Having no idea on how to write an app in Objective-C, but having a background of some programming languages i was convinced that it could not be that hard.

MyBattery is my first native iPhone app.
